In our society, we are all hobbyists of pop culture. Collectively, we wait in line for the latest bestseller. We gather our families in front of the television to spend some quality time in the presence of a good story or a hearty laugh. We attain our requisite thrills in front of a brilliant glowing projection screen. Most importantly, we do these things together. Entertainment is, above all, the common human experience and it exists wherever we turn.
The Entertainment Bureau was founded in the Summer of 2011 as a collaborative depository for any persons interested in sharing their opinions about the past, present and future of entertainment. With a bent toward unique and thought-provoking content, it is a place to dissect your favorite band’s new album, or to debate the artistic merits of the action blockbuster du jour, or to simply put your feet up for a few minutes and relax with the latest Hollywood News.
In large part, our site was created on the theory that every reader has a voice of their own, so user-created content is at our fundamental core. For more information on joining The Entertainment Bureau’s writing staff, visit Write For EB.
